Juices for Weight Loss
The Juices for weight loss recipes that we show you today are designed with different therapeutic targets. They are a very good choice to accompany your healthy breakfast (remember it is the most important meal of the day), or to have it at mid-morning or in the afternoon, replacing any not-so-healthy snack and thus helping you to control your weight in a healthy way.
Anti fluid retention juice
Besides being a very refreshing juice, thanks to the properties of its ingredients, especially celery, this combination will help fight fluid retention, removing the excess you may have in your body.
- 2 granny apples
- 1 celery branch
- 30g ginger
- 1 lime
Special breakfast juice
This juice combination is ideal for breakfast because it is rich in starch and fiber, is energetic and at the same time provides a good amount of iron. Besides turmeric usually helps the entire digestive system.
- 1 carrot
- 1 peeled cucumber
- 1 piece fresh turmeric
- 1/2 beet
- 1 level teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
* You can make a variant of this juice changing cucumber for an apple, depending on your taste.
Satisfying Juice
It is a very refreshing juice, ideal for warmer days. It contains a high content of chlorophyll and plant proteins. It is a satisfying juice, so it helps to weight loss.
- ½ melon
- 1 broccoli
- 1/2 lemon
- Fresh mint to taste
- 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)
* There also exists the possibility of a different version for those who prefer not to use melon: Replace melon with an apple.
Special Mid-Afternoon Juice
This juice is very aromatic and is particularly suitable in the afternoons as it provides fast but at the same time balanced energy. Powdered vanilla gives the sweetness that the body can sue at this time of the day. It also has good diuretic properties, favoring the elimination of liquids.
- 1 pear
- 1 peach
- 1 apple
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Against Constipation Juice
Rice milk gives a texture similar to a smoothie, while grapes, strawberries and nutmeg will give us a very smooth, “elegant” aroma. You can serve it with a few drops of lemon juice. Very good in case of constipation and hypertension.
- 10 strawberries
- 150 ml rice milk
- 200 g red grape
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
