Are you maintaining your flexibility on top of its game? We have a routine to help you do so. Our fitness expert has prepared this flexibility routine:

STEP 1: Quadricep stretch
10-15 secs each leg
3 series

STEP 2: Hamstring stretch
10-15 secs each leg
3 series

STEP 3: Lower back stretch
10-15 secs each side
3 series

STEP 4: Upper back stretch
10-15 secs
3 series

STEP 5: Obliques stretch
10-15 secs
3 series
