  • Initial Sleep Consultation 
  • Night Polygraph Diagnosis: This consists in studying sleep characteristics through a polygraph that detects the different variables that influence starting and maintaining sleep.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment by CPAP: A positive pressure chamber enables us to detect and, where applicable, rectify any abnormality in the sleep architecture. This diagnosis enables us to achieve positive results in a short period of time.
Dr. Vicente Mera
Dr. Mera is the head of Internal Medicine and Anti-ageing at the SHA Wellness Clinic. With a medical degree from the University of Seville, Vicente Mera earned his specialization in Internal Medicine through practising it as a member of the prestigious Puerta de Hierro Clinic in Madrid. He is a professional endorsed by almost 25 years’ experience as an internist in such renowned institutions as the Virgen Macarena hospital in Seville and the Reina Sofía hospital in Córdoba.  In the cosmopolitan Clínica Benidorm has got additional experience in Travel and Internal Medicine looking after tourists and resident expatriates of Northern  Europe. This specialist in anti- ageing medicine began to work in SHA Wellness Clinic in 2009 where he  has been dealing with new techniques and top therapists in the fields of nutrition (macrobiotic), detoxifying substances,  physical fitness training, relaxation procedures, fibromyalgia, sleep disorders, and anti-tobacco programs. In the context  of a comprehensive anti-ageing and regenerative medicine spectrum he has incorporated new  areas of expertise, including bio-identical hormonal supplementation,  genetic and genomic assessment, telomeric evaluation and mesenchymal stem cell obtaining and storage for future applications. Dr. Vicente Mera, has published several articles in prestigious medical journals such as “The Lancet”, “Revista Clínica Española”, “The Journal of Infectious Diseases” and “Travel Medicine”. He also participates actively and altruistically in forums and talks on his specialisation, and several Spanish and international associations of Internal Medicine and Travel Medicine have Dr. Mera among their distinguished members.
