Tomato Free Guacamole recipe

- Garlic – 1 clove
- Avocados – 4 pieces
- Onion – 1/2 piece chopped
- Lemon juice – A splash
- Coriander and chives chopped
- Sea Salt
- Crush the garlic and salt in a mortar.
- Cut the avocados in half and separate them.
- Remove all the pulp and place them in a bowl.
- Mix the pulp with garlic, onion, salt and lemon juice.
- Decorate it on the top with the chopped cilantro and chives.
