Kale is rich in essential vitamins and minerals (copper, potassium, iron or phosphorus) as well as antioxidants such as carotenoids that elevate both mood and energy.

Today we want to share this easy and healthy Pressed Kale recipe with you to boost your mood during the lockdown.

Preparation time

10 minutes


2 servings


– Organic kale leaves
– 2 pinches of salt
– Turmeric
– Olive oil
– Lemon Juice


1. Chop the kale into a bowl, add 2 pinches of salt and press firmly by hand until you get juice from the kale.

2. In a separate bowl, mix 2 pinches of salt with the turmeric and olive oil and lemon juice.

3. Mix the turmeric dressing with the pressed kale

4. Enjoy!
