STEP 1

Knee in outs

STEP 2

Lower back

STEP 3

External rotation with hip flexor stretch

STEP 4

Open the book

STEP 5

Half moons

12 reps

 

STEP 6

Hip flexor stretch

30 seconds each leg

 

STEP 7

Advanced hip flexor & quadricep stretch

30 seconds each leg

 

STEP 8

Thread the needle with rotation

12 reps

 

STEP 9

Cat cow

12 reps

 

STEP 10

Scapular protraction and retraction
