Our fitness team would like to share with you this easy routine to exercise legs and glutes at home. Being active is one of the fundamentals of feeling the best possible these days. It’s very important to keep ourselves active, even during this time of lockdown.

STEP 1: Goblet Lunge 3 x 10 repetitions per leg

STEP 2: Leg extension with leg weights 3 x 10 repetitions per leg

STEP 3: Monster Walk 3 x 10 repetitions
