What is SHA to you?
"An oasis where I can take care of myself".
Citizen of the Universe.
Inner-strength, discipline, strong belief system. Weaknesses are that I get overwhelmed because I don’t take enough time for myself.
Thanks to a friend that I saw meditating and I was so drawn to learn more about it. He explained what he was doing and how he was working with universal energy.
I am very conscious about every intake I give my body, from food, liquids up until thoughts. I started eating very healthy since I was 18 years old. At the beginning I was still learning, so I made some mistakes, but lately I have been keeping my body in good balance. For example, by giving my body the right greens in the morning and minerals at night to balance my acid levels. I don’t drink alcohol. I use to, but very occasionally, but lately I haven’t at all. Through my meditation, energy work, books, movies and other activities, I keep strengthening the thoughts that keep my mind strong.
Spending time in nature, at the SPA, swimming, learning practical-spiritual concepts that help our growth and evolution in the material and spiritual world.
I love cooking, but I don’t have time to cook much. I love making desserts. I love learning new recipes that are healthy and easy to make, just like at SHA.
No matter where I am, I always start the day with my greens and then for lunch with a healthy salad/seafood and finally for dinner I enjoy a freshly made soup. If I am travelling, I always take with me a miso soup and some snacks such as almonds, dark chocolate, etc.

Connection to my true self and universe, feeling, hearing, creating, being happy and uplifting humanity.
Escaping to an oasis where I can take care of myself. Likewise from the peace and tranquility point of view, as well as from the healthy eating and exercise point of view. I love learning about new ways to strengthen my body, mind and soul, so I can be a better version of myself.
Treatments, sauna, swimming, cooking, walk around, have time to be by myself and read and think. Taking time to wonder around and enjoy getting lost and discovering.
To invest in into all parts of me (body, mind and soul) in order to be strong and balanced for me and for others.
Because I knew that SHA gave me what I was looking in 2010 which was time to purify myself, strengthen myself and clarify my life.
