Gingery Cabbage

Melanie Waxman, our nutrition expert, shared with us this gingery cabbage recipe to boost the energy of the body.

3-4

Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 2 sliced spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon shoyu
  • Pinch sea salt
Preparation
  • Warm the skillet and add the oil.
  • Sauté the cabbage, spring onion, sea salt and ginger over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add the shoyu and cumin, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve from the skillet.
