Ginger Flan Recipe

Today’s dessert recipe may look a bit strange or not very appealing for some people, as we are used to the classical flan, made with not-so-healthy ingredients such as sugar or caramel. This ginger flan recipe means a much lighter option, original texture and surprising flavour.

Besides, ginger has lots of benefits for our health. If you don’t know them, this post will also be interesting for you. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 25 g ginger juice
  • 500 ml oat milk
  • 500 ml rice milk
  • 25 g agave syrup
  • 50 g rice syrup
  • 2 g agar agar
  • 6 g kuzu

 

Preparation:

Ginger flan preparation is incredibly easy and quick:

  1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil, except the kuzu.
  2. Then add the kuzu, previously diluted in cold water.
  3. Return to the boil and remove from the heat. Then pour the cream into a flan dish or a tray and allow to cool.
