Detoxing Pear and Arugula Salad

Summer is around the corner and it’s time to start preparing more refreshing and detoxing recipes adapted to the season. The nutrition expert Melanie Waxman has shared this delicious Pear and Arugula Salad that’s very nutritious and balanced. It helps detox the body, promote weight loss, helps skin glow and boosts immunity.

3-4 people

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of a fresh lime
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 5 cups arugula
  •  Bosc pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
  • Pepper (optional)
Preparation
  • In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, and sea salt.
  • Add the arugula, pear, and nuts, and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately with a Little black pepper.
