With summer around the corner, our body starts craving refreshing drinks to keep hydrated. There are also many delicious fruits in season, perfect to mix up into a smoothie. Try this vegan and sugar-free recipe by Melanie Waxman, that will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you feeling energised!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 peach or 2 plums
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon rice syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute.
