Quinoa

La quinoa es una semilla que posee características únicas al consumirse como un cereal. Quinoa is a seed with unique characteristics when consumed as a cereal. It has many more proteins and fats than cereals, although most are unsaturated (such as Omega 3 and Omega 6 acids). It provides lots of fiber and is known for its high content of potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, and vitamin A and E with antioxidant properties.

Moringa is a tree that comes from Africa and India. All its parts are edible and it is used both for food and agriculture and medicine due to its innumerable benefits.
