Beetroot and ginger gazpacho recipe

Our team has shared this original version of the classic gazpacho that, with these ingredients, is very beneficial for strengthening the immune system.

Preparation time

10 minutes


2 serves


– 100 g of organic cooked beetroot
– 5 g of sea salt
– 10 g of organic apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 a garlic clove
– 1/2 an onion
– 20 ml organic extra virgin olive oil
-10 ml ginger juice
– Water to adjust the consistency


– Chop the beets and onion into small cubes.

– Blend ingredients to the desired consistency in a blender or using a hand blender.

– Garnish with parsley leaves.
