7 Day Alkalising Plan

What if I get hungry in between meals? Have these healthy snacks:
- Fruit: watermelon, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, apples and pears
- Nuts and seeds: sunflower and pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cashew nuts and almonds
To complete your Alkalising Plan, Melanie also recommends:
- Sleep at least 7 hours every night
- Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day
- Drink herbal teas throughout the day
- Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
- Walk in nature
- Do breathing exercises at least once a day
- Stimulate your lymphatic and circulatory system with body scrubs and massages.
