5 tips for weight loss
The perfect plan to lose weight successfully
1. Identify your ideal weight
Find out what is your ideal weight and make that your goal. And if you don’t know what that might be, try to calculate what your BMI (Body Mass Index) should be. Now you have a weight goal to shoot for. Practice in advance to chew your food very well.
2. High Fibre
When you start to lose fat, you’re probably going to get constipated. Yes, it happens more frequently than we care to admit (or share). You should have a good amount of fibre every day, anyway. Fibre is very important to your health (and your weight loss goals). Eat whole cereal grains or products thereof, plenty fresh vegetables and plant protein like beans and tempeh (a fermented soy bean product).
Finally, we recommend to use some quintessential detox products such as grated white radish and ginger at every meal to melt away the excesses. Introducing sea vegetables in our healthy diet can stimulate the metabolism and burn calories more efficiently.
3. Determine the foods to avoid
You probably don’t want to hear this, but sugar is a bad thing. The more refined it comes, the more your body is going to react negatively to it. Sugar is in everything. If it’s sweet, it’s got sugar in it. There are all sorts of sugars out there, and all of them are ultimately metabolized by the body. It’s a good bet that the sugars in an apple are better for you than the sugars in a candy bar, though.
If you’re addicted to sugar, this is going to be a horrible hurdle to overcome. The fact is that excess sugars change into fatty acids and are then stored in the typical places, thighs, buttocks and belly. Cut down on milk products and all meats, resort rather to white meat fish on occasions. Leave out trans fats and start to read the ingredients of common prepacked foods.
4. Exercise or take up walking
You burn calories when you walk, did you know that? Certainly, you don’t expend as much energy as you do when you run, but you burn it nonetheless. No exercise was created equal. You might like running. You might like jogging. You might like stationary bikes… Find the one that works best for you. That isn’t too much of a chore for you to do regularly throughout the week. Don’t pick a routine that you don’t like, or you won’t want to do it, and you certainly won’t stick with it for long. If possible try to get enough sunlight and fresh air.
5. Introduce more liquids in your diet
Fluids are essential for weight loss. Not only water but also in the form of herbal teas and infusions and vegetable concoctions to mobilize the fat for elimination. There are many natural and medicinal teas for digestion and weight loss, to detox the liver and promote good metabolism. Use home remedies for weight loss like “Carrot-Daikon” tea to melt away not only the extra kilos but also to get rid of that ugly cellulite which has accumulated over the years.
These are our recommendations to a successful weight loss and if there was a number 6 then it would be to have fun and laugh your way to a slim body.
