Buckwheat porridge*

Marvelous Weight Loss Soup*

Lightly blanched vegetables with peanut dressing*


  • 1 cup brocolli in florets
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup string beans cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon basil chopped for garnish
  • Spring water
  • Pinch sea salt


  • Bring a big pot of wáter to a boíl and add the salt.
  • Add the vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove and place into a bowl.
  • Add the basil and serve with the peanut dressing.

Peanut sauce dressing*


  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons umeboshi vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons spring water


  • Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  • Serve over the blanched vegetables.
