15 minute Core Workout
Do you still think that you need to go to the gym or use fancy equipment to workout?
Working with your own body weight, you can achieve fantastic results without the need of going to the gym! You simply have to create a series of exercises depending on what part of your body you want to train that day, whether it’s your core, arms, legs or full-body.
At SHA Wellness Clinic, our trainers have created this core workout for you to train your abdominal area, right on time for the summer period!
- If you’re looking to tone your abdomen, aim to do this series of exercises 3 times a week.
- Make sure to get do a 5-10 minute cardio warm-up prior to doing these exercises. You can alternate between jumping jacks, high knees, squat jumps, jumping rope and running on the spot.
- End the workout by stretching your entire body.
