Goals:

 

To recognise the causes that trigger periods of insomnia and, using a diagnostic approach, to develop more effective strategies to gradually and naturally re-establish restorative sleep, thereby regaining normal energy levels. To teach techniques and new lifestyle habits to enable the individual to prevent the insomnia recurring, and to maintain the quality of sleep achieved.

Goals:

 

Encourage the motivation to tackle tobacco addiction in order to stop consuming it in a natural, healthy and controlled way, restoring correct body function and preventing possible side effects caused by abstinence, such as weight fluctuation and mood swings. Develop strategies adapted to patients’ physical and mental states, in order to learn healthy habits that enable them to strengthen their resolve to quit smoking and so prevent possible relapses.

Goals:

 

To have a complete break in order to start a new life by achieving a significant and substantial change (from the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and nutritional point of view) in order to return to an optimum state of health and general well-being. To undertake a detailed review of all relevant factors affecting the health and which could cause stress imbalances – so as to measure their impact on the individual’s overall health, and to determine the most appropriate measures to achieve physical and emotional well-being. To teach new, healthy lifestyle habits with the aim of optimising all physical and mental functions, and improving the quality of life – in addition to equipping the individual with the tools needed to achieve a substantial and lasting improvement.
