To learn new, healthy lifestyle habits, and to continue the learning process after the individual returns home, thanks to the knowledge and healthy lifestyle habits acquired at SHA. To achieve a state of perfect relaxation and disconnection in a conducive setting.

· Individuals who are concerned to improve their lifestyle by learning new healthy habits
· Individuals who, as a result of their hectic pace of life or poor habits, would like to disconnect and relax whilst learning how to adopt a healthier lifestyle
· Individuals who are seeking an introduction to the SHA Method during a shorter stay and who, after seeing what SHA has to offer, intend to undertake a more comprehensive and detailed health programme at a later date
