Yoga

An intention can be anything you wish to cultivate, which could be feeling better, developing more compassion, gaining strength, losing weight, being more spiritual, managing stress, alleviating pain, and much more. For the past 25 years, Conceição has practiced Chi Kung, meditation with the Dalai Lama and Tibetan Rinponches, and Energetic Healing for 5 years. She had been researching, studying and developing the art of stress since 2004, applying a holistic intervention model of her own creation, that focuses on the awakening of consciousness, harmonizing the physical, emotional and intellectual aspects, to reach the spiritual level.[:es]A los 30 años, Conceição vivió una experiencia límite que le cambió la visión de la vida llevándola a un nuevo rumbo profesional.
