Pranayama breathing techniques

Prana means energy. Prana is universal and is the axis of life. Prana and consciousness are in constant contact with each other. Yoga texts state that when breathing is calm, prana is calm. At the age of 30, Conceição went through an extreme experience (NDE) that changed her outlook on life, and leading her to change her career path. For the past 25 years, Conceição has practiced Chi Kung, meditation with the Dalai Lama and Tibetan Rinponches, and Energetic Healing for 5 years. She had been researching, studying and developing the art of stress since 2004, applying a holistic intervention model of her own creation, that focuses on the awakening of consciousness, harmonizing the physical, emotional and intellectual aspects, to reach the spiritual level.
